Stage 2 Planning

On 22 and 23 November, the NOVELL Redesign team hosted a series of workshops to discuss the second stage of the project. We had a brief overview of the first stage of the project, then a brief presentation from Prof Marcus White on the work that has been done so far on Stage 2. We then had 5 key discussion points:

• General feedback on what was presented

• Constraints, and if we should be starting with a blank slate or a baseline

• The co-design process, and how clinical and stroke survivor stakeholders should be involved

• The logistics and how the designs might be worked through, and

• How we might bring everything together into recommendations and outputs that can achieve the aims of the NOVELL project.

A Miro board (embedded below) was used to take notes, and to share some of the presentation slides for deeper looking and reading.
